Security posture

Security at Multiswap

Security here is mostly about reducing what can go wrong: a smaller attack surface, clear verification steps, and honest limits on what any swap engine can promise.

A smaller attack surface by design

Multiswap runs through a Telegram-native workflow. There is no account to register and no wallet-connect prompt, which means the parts of a typical app that store passwords, hold session tokens, or request signing permissions from your wallet are simply not part of the design. A surface that does not exist cannot be breached.

Routing happens across abstracted liquidity and execution partners behind a single interface. You interact with one quote and one confirmation rather than a stack of connected services, which keeps the moving parts you have to trust to a minimum.

What you control, and should verify

Most avoidable losses in crypto come from sending the right asset to the wrong place, or interacting with an impersonator. A few checks remove the majority of that risk before you ever approve a transfer.

  • Confirm you are using the official Multiswap bot, and be wary of look-alike usernames.
  • Verify the destination address and the network before sending any funds.
  • Read the net-of-fee quote and the terms shown for the swap before approving.
  • Never share a seed phrase or private key with anyone, including support.

What we do not claim

Multiswap does not describe itself as unhackable, and it makes no regulatory, custody-insurance, or guaranteed-outcome claims. On-chain transactions are irreversible once confirmed, and market and network conditions can change between quote and settlement.

Being privacy-first is a design posture, not a promise of secrecy or a way to avoid the rules that apply to you. You remain responsible for compliance in your jurisdiction.

Reporting a concern

If you believe you have found a security issue or encountered an impersonator, reach out through the official Telegram channel. Do not include seed phrases, private keys, or other secrets in any message.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does Multiswap connect to my wallet?

No. The flow runs inside Telegram with no wallet-connect prompt and no signing permissions, so there is no connected-wallet surface to fingerprint or compromise.

Is Multiswap custodial?

Multiswap coordinates routing across partners to execute a swap; it is not a place to store funds long term. Move only what you intend to swap, and verify the destination before approving.

How do I avoid impersonator bots?

Only use the official bot link, check the exact username, and be skeptical of accounts that message you first or promise guaranteed returns. Multiswap will never ask for a seed phrase.

Is my personal data stored?

The design minimizes data by avoiding accounts and wallet-connect. On-chain activity remains public on the relevant ledgers, as it always is. See the privacy page for details.

Settle your next swap from Telegram

No account. No wallet connect. Just the net payout you were quoted — routed through institutional liquidity.

Risk notice

Digital asset swaps carry market, liquidity, network, and protocol risk. On-screen figures, rates, and quotes are illustrative and do not constitute financial advice, a solicitation, or a guarantee of execution price or settlement. Use only funds you can afford to put at risk, and ensure cross-chain swapping is permitted in your jurisdiction.
